Ingredients:
1 large egg
2 tablespooons coconut flour
1 tablespoon almond milk
1 tablespoon coconut cream
6 drops coconut stevia
1/4 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon monk fruit
Icing:
1/4 cup of yogurt
1 tablespoon keto friendly powder sugar
2 drops vanilla stevia liquid
1 tablespoon coconut
STEP 1: Grease microwave mugs with coconut oil
STEP 2: In mixing bowl add liquid first, then the dry ingredients. Whisk
ingredients until cake batter is smooth. Divide the batter into two mugs.
STEP 3: Microwave each mug seperately for 60 seconds each.
STEP 4: Whisk the icing ingredients together. Cool in fridge. Apply to cakes.
