Ingredients:
One 16oz ribeye
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
One tablespoon olive oil
STEP 1: Let steak come to room temperature (30-45 minutes) after taking out of refrigerator
STEP 2: Heat grill to between 400-500°. Brush steak with olive oil (in some cases I use duck fat). Season with the dry ingredients.
STEP 3: Place on grill, time 4 minutes then turn steak 90°. Time 4 more minutes then flip.
STEP 4: Time 4 more minutes, then turn 90° again. Time 4 more minutes and remove from grill.
On a 1 inch steak @ 450° this should give you a medium rare to medium steak.
Let rest 4 minutes prior to serving.
