Ingredients:
Fresh peach cut into halves, pit removed
1Tbsp Brown Sugar
1Tsp Honey
3 Slices Bacon
STEP 1: Lay 3 slices of bacon down in a crossing pattern. Lay peach half on top of bacon
STEP 2: Add brown sugar and honey to cut surface or open surface of peach.
STEP 3: Bring bacon ends over top of peach to completely cover peach.
STEP 4: Move to smoker @ 250°, approximately 30-45 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
Remove and serve with scoop of favorite ice cream. **** A pear can be substituted for peach
