Ingredients:
Whole pork loin
1⁄2 cup Becky Sue Rub
1⁄2 cup yellow mustard
STEP 1: Lay loin on flat cutting board 2 inches from end. Make 2 equal cuts forming 3 equal legs of loin.
STEP 2: Take each leg and lay on side then cut each leg into 2 equal pieces. When done you should have six legs attached by the 2 inches @ top of loin. Think Octopus.
STEP 3: Next, coat with yellow mustard and Becky Sue Rub until completely coated. Take 2 legs and braid, then 2 more and 2 more. This should give you 3 equal braids.
STEP 4: Put on smoker @250° and smoke till you have an internal temperature of 145°. Remove from smoker and brush with BBQ sauce. Cut and serve with a side dish like baked apples.
